The competitive gymnast program has been established and sanctioned by USA Gymnastics, which is the national governing for men and woman's gymnastics. The name of this program is the Junior Olympic Woman's Gymnastics program. This consists of ten levels. Levels 1-4 are pre-team. Levels 5- Elite are the competing levels.
These gymnasts are placed in the following groups, dependent upon age and skill level.
These gymnasts compete at local, regional, and national competitions. These levels are challenging and goal-oriented. The gymnasts must qualify at each level to advance. Levels 5 and 6 are required to perform standardized routines and skills on each of the four events. Levels 7-10 are required to perform a variety of skill sets on each of the four events using personalized and individually choreographed routines and music selections.
In addition, we offer a TOPs program for talented young gymnasts between 7-11 years old. The Talent Opportunity Program enhances the fitness level and skill factors of gymnasts through specialized training. This assists in the development and early preparation for future Elite level competition.
