CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Preschool Classes (boys and girls)
Our Preschool Gymnastics classes take place in a dedicated preschool gym, offering a structured and safe environment designed just for young learners. Children will be introduced to all gymnastics events while developing hand-eye coordination, balance, and motor skills.
It’s a great first sport for your child—helping build confidence, listening skills, and coordination that will carry over into everything they do… all while having fun!
Parent Tot (Ages 1–3)
Parent-assisted class focused on coordination, balance, and early motor skill development.
Kinder 3 (Ages 3–4)
Independent class introducing basic gymnastics skills while developing coordination and body awareness.
Kinder 4 (Ages 4–5)
Builds strength, coordination, and confidence through structured skill development.
Kinder 5 (Age 5)
Prepares athletes for the big gym by building independence, strength, and confidence.
Girls Gymnastics (Girls only)
Our Girls Gymnastics classes offer a fun, well-rounded experience where athletes learn skills on all four events—vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise—while building strength, flexibility, and confidence through conditioning. We focus on skill development in a positive environment… and most importantly, we make it fun!
Intro to Rec (Ages 6–7) 75 minute Class/Class ratio 6:1
A beginner-friendly class designed for younger athletes new to gymnastics. This class features a smaller 6:1 athlete-to-coach ratio, allowing for more individualized instruction and support. Athletes will be introduced to vault, bars, beam, and floor while building confidence, coordination, and strength. This is a great starting point before moving into Girls Rec 1.
Girls Rec 1 (Ages 6+) 75 minute class/Class ratio 8:1
This beginner class introduces athletes to vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline. Focus is on basic skills, coordination, strength, and confidence. No prior experience required.
Girls Rec 2 (Ages 6+) 90 minute class/Class ratio 8:1 – TEST REQUIRED
Athletes build on foundational skills through strength, drills, and progressions across all events. Focus on improving technique, control, and connecting skills.
Girls Rec 3 (Ages 6+) 90 minute class/Class ratio 8:1– TEST REQUIRED
Athletes work toward Level 3 skills with emphasis on strength, technique, and consistency. Coach evaluation required.
Girls Advanced (Ages 6+) 2 Hour class/Class ratio 8:1 – TEST REQUIRED
Advanced athletes refine skills, build strength, and master progressions. This level prepares gymnasts for potential team opportunities.
Boys Gymnastics (boys only)
Our Boys Gymnastics classes focus on building strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun, high-energy environment. Athletes are introduced to all men’s Olympic events, including floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar, while also incorporating conditioning to develop overall fitness and body control.
Boys Rec 1 (Ages 6+)
Introductory class focused on learning basic skills and terminology across all Men’s Olympic events.
Boys Rec 2 (Ages 6+) – TEST REQUIRED
Athletes progress to more advanced skills on all events including parallel bars, pommel horse, rings, high bar, floor, and vault while building strength and coordination.
Tumbling Classes (Boys and Girls)
Intro to Tumble (Ages 5–7)
focuses on basics including cartwheels, handstands, forward and backward rolls, bridge kickovers, round-offs/rebounds, and cartwheel step-ins.
Tumbling 1 (Ages 7+)
focuses on handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, backbend kickovers, back walkovers, back handsprings, jumps, and front handsprings.
Tumbling 2 (Advanced – TEST REQUIRED)
90-minute class focused on advanced skills including round-off back handsprings, front tucks, aerials, and back tucks.
